DELIVERY POLICY

Quoc Co Quoc Nghiep Company has a nationwide delivery service, applicable to customers buying on the website, fanpage, and calling, but not applicable to customers buying directly at the store. Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer through an intermediary shipping company.

1. Delivery Time:

• Orders inside & outside Ho Chi Minh City:
  Delivery time is 2-3 days after ordering.
• Orders in other provinces:
  The time is 3-5 days for the central area of ​​the city, 3-7 days for the suburban area, district, commune, town ...
  (Excluding Saturday, owner Sundays or public holidays).
• Order processing time will be counted from receipt of your completed payment.
• The delivery time can be changed if requested by the customer and Quoc Co Quoc Nghiep Company actively changes it in case of being affected by natural disasters or other special events.
• Your order will be delivered up to 3 times. In case the first delivery is not successful, a staff member will contact you to arrange the 2nd and 3rd delivery schedule with you, in case you still can't be contacted or do not receive any response. from you, the order will no longer be valid.
• To check information or status of your order, please inbox fanpage or call hotline, provide name, phone number to be checked.
• When the goods are delivered to you, please sign the confirmation with the delivery staff and double check the quantity and type of goods delivered are correct. Please keep the shipping receipt and purchase invoice for checking comparison. When receiving the goods, customers can only check the broken tank, do not peel the drug test stamp.

2. Delivery Fee:

The shipping fee will range from 22,000 to 35,000 depending on the region.
