- Ability to sell online, offline, experience in sales is an advantage

- Diligent, positive, dynamic

- Know how to use smartphones and laptops

- Compulsory to go through the company's training course and pass the exam

- Customers who have used and experienced Giang's Herbal Medicine products

- CTV, Agent must comply with the company's rules and regulations on selling at the published list price, not dumping.

II. The process of joining the system of CTV, AGENT:

1. Register a CTV account at Giang's.vn website
2. Pay 499,000VND to the company account to participate in the course

3. CTV clicks on the training link sent to your Account and Personal Email to participate in the study and take the test

4. After CTV scores the exam, CTV account will be activated with 20% discount

6. When the collaborator sells 2,000,000 VND of retail sales in 1 month, equivalent to 1000 accumulated points, the collaborator will be refunded the tuition fee of 499,000 VND. At the same time, CTV clicks on the Training Link sent via CTV Account and Personal Email to join the course for Agent level.

7. After passing the Affiliate exam score, the Standard Affiliate Account will be activated with a 30% discount

III. Delivery time:

- For Ho Chi Minh City area: Delivery within 2-3 days.

IV. How to pay commission for CTV

1. Retail Income

- Affiliate commission is 20% on order value

- Standard Dealer's commission is 30% on order value

2.Training Allowance

*Only for Qualified Dealer Teams

-Conditions: Considering applications completed in the month and before the 5th of the following month.

-Bonus level: Training Allowance For Qualified Agent Team Including 4 Bonus Levels:

4.5% Bonus for Standard Dealers who accumulate 10,000 DT
6% Bonus for Standard Dealers who accumulate 30,000 VND
9% Bonus for Standard Dealers who accumulate 60,000 VND
12% Bonus for Standard Dealers who accumulate 120,000 DT
*Only Standard Dealers with accumulated points >= 120,000 DT

Standard Affiliates will receive additional commissions ranging from 1% to 5% of the total bonus points depending on the number of affiliates as follows:

For affiliates with 10 branches, they will receive a bonus of 1% of the total branch commission
For affiliates with 20 branches, they will receive a bonus of 2% of the total branch commission
For affiliates with 30 branches, they will receive a bonus of 3% of the total branch commission
For affiliates with 40 branches, they will receive a bonus of 4% of the total branch commission
For affiliates with 50 branches or more, they will receive a bonus of 5% of the total branch commission

3. Consulting Allowance 6%

*Applicable only to Branch Agents with Independent Business Groups

Note : The branch agent is a Standard Agent that maintains 120,000,000 bonus points for 3 consecutive months.

CONDITIONS OF RECEIVING SMALL

3.1. Personal bonus points:

- Sales of 2,000,000 VND, accumulate 1000 VND

3.2. Independent business team bonus points:

- Having 2 business groups with 12% or more: No need to consider conditions

- If there is a business group that reaches 12%, then the remaining groups have not reached 12% >= 30,000 bonus points

3.3. Full and Partial Consulting Allowance

If group phone is >= 120,000 phone number: Full 6% of business groups 12%
If group phone < 120,000 : group allowance = 2% of total group sales

4. Year Bonus

4.1. Tel in 1 financial year

Sales force with 7 months of reaching 120,000 phone numbers or more (Y7)
4.2. Branch Agent

Agents with 3 independent business groups achieving 6 YP or more (6 months do not need to reach 120,000 units in a row)
Agents with 6 independent business groups achieving 6 6 YP or more (6 months do not need to reach 120,000 units in a row)
4.3. Combined Bonus (for affiliates with breakthroughs)

Example: In the financial year you reached Y12 and grew from 2 independent business groups to 6 groups.

Year-end bonus = Y12 bonus + first time bonus for reaching 6 groups

V. Payment Policy

Affiliates, Agents Pay 100% of the money by cash or bank transfer when the order has been confirmed
For commissions from the system:
- All orders are closed before the 5th of the following month.

- The company will transfer money from the 5th to the 15th of every month to collaborators and agents
