REWARD ACCUMULATION POLICY.

1. Participants to accumulate points at Giang's Herbal Liquid.

• All customers who purchase Giang's Herbal Liquid with a phone number will receive points.
• Each customer has only 1 account to accumulate points.

2. Point accumulation method:

• For customers buying at the store: Customers provide their phone number and name to earn points right after paying for the order.
• For online purchases: Customers will earn points after receiving goods and completing payment, points will be accumulated according to the phone number and name that the customer provides to Giang's Herbal Liquid when placing an order.
• The customer's accumulated points will be converted after the 3rd purchase (The accumulated points will be updated after the customer makes a purchase).

3. Regulations on accumulating points:

• Conversion points: 1 point = 1,000 VND. When customers buy an order worth enough 100,000 VND, they will be entitled to exchange 1 point. The remaining balance will be accumulated on the next purchase.
• For example, an order of 1,000,000 VND will earn 10 points, if the customer wants to convert it into money, the amount will be reduced by 10,000 VND.
• Point value does not include shipping fee.

Note: The policy of accumulating points does not apply to orders purchased at wholesale price/agency price/business price.
